Christina Ochoa, a Spanish actor who is also a marine biologist and an author. She is the granddaughter of Nobel Prize winner Severo Choa. Ochoa was born into a family which valued both her artistic talent and her scientific knowledge. Following her graduation, which led her across Spain through Australia and America and then to America, she was an active social media based scientist. She's been the host of various web shows, conferences and has been a major presenter. While she was curious about science, her real passion is acting. The actress began acting in the interest of a hobby, and later moved to Madrid in order to improve her understanding of the field and possibly land a few roles. In 2008, she first appeared on television with a comedy called 'La que se avecina. Since her debut, she has appeared as the lead on several TV programs and has also appeared on stage. She is a writer and is a regular contributor for Vogue Spain, H, and El Imparcial magazines. In 2009 she became a member of Mensa.
